Where Do You Deliver To and What Are Your Shipping Costs?

We currently offer delivery within the United States (except Alaska, Hawaii & Puerto Rico). Our shipping options and associated costs are as follows:

Expedited Delivery

Delivery Time: 2-4 Working Days
Charge: $60.00

Can I Track My Order?

Yes, you can track the progress of your order within the US. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email containing a tracking link. You can also track your order by logging into your account here.

We are pleased to offer FREE US Standard Delivery on all full-priced products. Please note that this offer excludes selected items, which will be clearly indicated on the product page and at checkout. Earthproven reserves the right to amend or end this offer without prior notice.

Are There Any Exclusions to Next Day Delivery?

We strive to offer next-day delivery on a wide range of products to ensure a fast and efficient shopping experience. However, next-day delivery is not available for products that require battery replacement prior to dispatch.

Orders placed on a Sunday before 12:30 PM may also experience restrictions in some locations and could incur an additional 1 working day for delivery. If this applies to your order, it will be clearly notified at the point of checkout.

What If I Place An Order For More Than One Item But One Isn't Available For Next Day Delivery?

We strive to ensure all items are available for your chosen delivery method. However, in the event that part of a multiple-item order is not available for Next Day delivery, we have the following process in place to keep you informed:

  • Available Items: Any items in your order that are available for Next Day delivery will be dispatched as scheduled, and you will receive a dispatch email for these items.
  • Unavailable for Next Day: If an item becomes unavailable for Next Day delivery, we will promptly notify you via email. The remaining available items will then be shipped via our standard delivery service. You will receive a separate email once these items have been dispatched, and we will also refund any expedited postage costs you may have paid.
  • Item No Longer Available: If an item is no longer available to ship at all, we will inform you via email about the items we have been able to send and those that are unavailable. You will not be charged for any item that has not been shipped, and we will also refund any postage costs.

How Will I Know If An Item Is Available For Next Day Delivery?

The available delivery options for your order will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. Once you have entered your delivery address, you will be able to see if Next Day delivery is an option for the items in your basket.

Do You Deliver To PO Box Addresses?

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver orders to PO Box addresses. Please provide a valid residential or commercial address for delivery.

How Will My Order Be Delivered?

To ensure efficient and reliable delivery, we partner with several reputable courier services. Your order shipped via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL. The specific carrier selected will depend on the value of your order and the delivery address.

Has My Order Been Dispatched Yet?

Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive a dispatch confirmation email. This email confirms that your order is on its way. If you have not received this email after 4 working days from placing your order, please contact our customer service team via our contact us page, and we will be happy to assist you.

Can I Ship To An Alternative Address?

Yes, you can choose to have your order delivered to an address different from your billing address. You can specify this alternative delivery address during the checkout process. However, please note that we are unable to change the delivery address once the order has been placed. Please double-check the address details carefully before submitting your order.

Do I Need To Sign For My Order?

For all orders being delivered within the US, a signature is required upon delivery. This ensures that your order is safely received. Please ensure that you provide a delivery address where someone will be available to sign for the package during normal delivery hours.

Will I Need To Pay Duty On My Delivery?

Please be aware that orders shipped to certain locations outside of the US may be subject to import duties and customs charges. These charges are levied once the package reaches the destination country and are the responsibility of the recipient. We are unable to advise on the specific amount of these charges as they vary depending on the destination country and local regulations. For further information on potential duties and customs charges, please contact your local Tax Office.
